Lynn began her exploration of yoga nine years ago, being drawn to the deeper levels of healing and balance that it offered. Her journey over the past two years has taken her to the east coast and then home again to St. Louis. Lynn has been blessed with the opportunity to study with many inspiring teachers, including Beryl Bender Birch, Richard Rosen, Annie Carpenter, Nicki Doane, and Tias Little. Lynn’s passion for yoga draws on the traditions of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. Her approach to teaching is gentle but challenging, thoughtful yet infused with humor, and focused while allowing for mystery and exploration. |
