Sheri Mccord

  Sheri McCord’s classes invite students to mindfully explore their practice while not taking themselves too seriously. A “yoga mutt”, she has completed 1000 hours of teaching and training combined in vinyasa, hatha, yin and asthanga. An avid reader and writer, Sheri has a Ph.D. in English and has taught literature, writing and women’s studies. She is an editor and writer for the online mindful living website, elephant journal.
