Born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, Stacie has been practicing Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga for the past 13 years with studios in Montana, California, Maryland, and Missouri. Recently inspired to begin teaching, she incorporates elements in her classes from the lessons and styles she has learned across the country. As an avid swimmer and triathlete, Stacie understands the balance, strength, and flexibility benefits that can be derived from regular yoga practice. So, while considering accessibility and form, her Vinyasa classes focus on the flow from one pose to the next and effort equilibrium across muscle groups. |
